She is wicked and ruthless, finding pleasure in suffering, especially the psychological kind and heartily loves committing mass murder and other kind of atrocities. She is also very cunning, she rarely does things without a reason.[1]
History[]
A bit more than five thousand years ago, Arraka started to absorb hundreds of female spirits from the civilized races and begin her murdering spree in the magical plane for some time. She also managed to kill half of the gods there before she went into a stalemate with the God of Death, the God of Fate and the God of Time for some time, while she went to absorb more spirits, and they tried to gather more followers. Seeing that she was growing stronger faster than them, they called a meeting where they invited all of the powerful spirits in the realm, and decided to exile her from the magical plane, along with every other female spirit from civilized races to the earthen plane in order to prevent similar incidents in the future.[2]
Soon after Arraka was banished, she possess a female wizard in her late thirties and fought Tyrath and his army of dragons. Almost powerless against her, Tyrath barely managed to hold her back before retreating. The day after, Arraka went to attack one of the city of the Lessathi Empire and caused mass chaos before Tyrath, the lessathi and the elite wizards there managed to seal her in a big mountain near there.[1]
A few thousand years or so later, the seal started to crack and as soon as it crack enough, she managed to possess someone that enter the cave. However, she failed to completely take over his body and ended up sharing it.
Six hundred years ago, during the Still Winter, Arraka was still fused with Therius, the leader of the stillwaters. Although they were fused together, they were not in a good terms and tried to take over the body from each other constantly. The first time he slept, she managed to take over his body and massacred half of his army of stillwaters. They then marched on to war against the lessathi. In that war, Arraka again begin her rampage before Eiden and Eleya managed to defeat her temporarily and cast a very complex spell on her, which forbids her to possess any of the humanoid races.[3]
For the next six hundred years, she was forced to possess only animals, which are too weak for her to be able to use her full powers. During this time, a few hundred years after the Still Winter, she decided to take three young banshees, Illuna, Sidara and Unuri, who also possessed animals, under her care for some years. Soon, however, she betrayed them by leading them all into the sacred woods. There, Arraka only watched and laughed at them getting overwhelmed by the guardians of the forest, ignoring their pleas for her aid. After Sidara and Unuri were killed, Illuna finally snapped and killed them all leading the event to be called Sacred Woods Massacre.[4]
Then, some twenty years ago, she was trapped in a golden amulet by a rogue group of lessathi, with Flower and Illuna acting as her jailers ever since.[5]
