Tyrath Is a Minor Antagonist and side character. The self-proclaimed "King of All Dragons", he is an ancient and exceptionally powerful dragon, harbouring a strong disgust towards humanity and a personal dislike of Eiden.
Appearance[]
Tyrath is a monstrous dragon at least 50 ft tall with very tough looking red scales covering its entire body, and wings the size of sails on a longship. Its claws look as sharp as blades, and its fangs are bared menacingly, but its overall appearance is not much different from that of an overgrown lizard.[1]
His body used to be covered by scales of molten lava coupled with an intimidating fiery aura but now he is unable to maintain this form and only uses it when he is cornered and about to be killed or when he is extremely pissed.[2][3]
Personality[]
Tyrath has an arrogant confidence, and often has a brash demeanor. He tends to underestimate his opponents, namely in both of the times that he challenged Barry and his group.[4][2] While not lacking in terms of raw power, Tyrath has been shown to have limited knowledge of magical intricacies, due to his impatience to learn.[3] He is; however, capable of forming complex plans, as shown by his conception of the plan to seal Arraka in a mountain 5000 years ago.[5]
History[]
Though his age is unknown, he has claimed to have watched humanity ever since they stopped walking on all fours[1] and got out of the caves ten thousand years ago[2].
Roughly 5000 years before the Tournament of Mages, he assisted the lessathi and mages of Varathia in battling the malevolent spirit Arraka, though even at full power he was unable to pose a serious threat to her. Eventually, he, the lessathi and the surviving mages were able to trap Arraka within a mountain, where she would remain for millennia.[5]
Several hundred years before the tournament, he, Eiden and the Golden Fox formed a triumvirate to keep the peace within Varathia.[2] They used to gather in monthly council meetings to discuss common problems affecting all their kingdoms. During this time, they negotiated a pact to have their followers refrain from attacking each other, but as the years passed, it became that they could order their followers to attack the others' kingdoms, so long as the three of them themselves would not engage.
In the current era, Tyrath would be glad to kill Eleya if she ever strayed outside of the sacred woods, if it weren't that Eiden would come to her rescue.[6] Compared to his past state in his molten lava form when armies of dragons were at his command, both Tyrath and his monster army have weakened.[7]

As a dragon, Tyrath have a high elemental resistance to fire and are immune to mind affecting spells and illusions.
Physical Abilities[]
Tyraths wings can generate powerful winds, which often signals his appearance to others.[4] He can breath fire by inhaling air, pausing to ignite it, and then breathing out flames.[2]

- Teleportation: Tyrath is capable of teleporting multiple times quickly and easily.[5]
- Aura manipulation: in his molten lava form only, he can immobilize others by forcing them to the ground with his aura.[3]
