The Western Continent is one of the world's four major continents, and home to humans and several other civilized races.
Introduction[]
The Western Continent is named for its cardinal location. This name was termed after the four continents discovered each other's existences. Their previous, separate names were discarded in favor of convenience.[1]
Some areas of the west are forested, with isolated villages.[2] The nobles live in richer cities. Quail eggs with ham and Bagelberry cheese is a famous dish eaten by a select few nobles.[3] The Bagelberrys are one of the noble families.
This continent is populated primarily by humans, along with a number of other civilized races.[1]

The sage of the west is Azarius, a generalist. He has held the title for over thirty years and is considered the face of the continent.[4]
